Morgan`s Chop House in Fayetteville

Very expensive, did not enjoy my first meal...a different taste🙄 (Blue cheese chop a no go)

Absolutely disgusting. This is not the place to go for a decent meal. Applebee's will cook a better steak that you can take home and give to the dog.

Awesome appetizers.!! Only ones in restraunt...steak n shrimp entrees. Steak Was not hot...barely warm potato....butter didn't melt. Shrimp.were dialed in grease m burnt. Good service. But food was Not worth $150.!

Service was good even though our appetizer was forgotten. They handled it well and compensated us for the delay. Food was excellent and unlike any other place we have visited. We ordered the mixed berry and dumplings pork chop. Although we were skeptical at first, it was by far the best pork chop we have ever tasted. Our appetizer was the Brie. Absolutely Phenomenal. You get what you pay for so ignore the “overpriced” comments you see. If you want cheaper, then go to Outback or Texas Roadhouse.

We ate at Morgan’s Chop House last night for the first time, however the couple we were with had eaten there in the past. The first thing I noticed was the restaurant had a musty smell and that didn’t sit well with my allergies. Then we placed our orders and each person was very disappointed in their order including me. The steaks were tough and the famous pork chop was not cooked well either and the other couple who had been there before said, “they have gone down in their quality”. Needless to say we won’t be back! I read all of the reviews and believe me it gets a three star only because of the service, not the quality of the food, and for $33.00 per person plus wine this was a night of pure disappointment, Never again,

Fantastic service. The balsamic pork chop was absolutely amazing. The steak was okay. Highly recommend their house salad dressing as well.

Staff are always super kind and their food has never disappointed me in 10+ years of eating there! Lunch specials are LEGIT.

Food was great. A little pricey, but we expected that. Morgan's has a nice ambiance of fine dining.

Dinner menu is WAY overpriced - totally not worth it. Lunch menu not so bad. Drinks? Outrageous. Twice the price & not even a full shot of liquor. Beer & wine outrageous as well. Dishes look delicious, high end & fancy but watch what you order. I cannot judge any particular dish, that would be up to the individual patron. After all, everyone has their own opinion. I guess worth a try - you be the judge.

Service is great every time. My favorite restaurant in Fayetteville hands down. Great atmosphere. Live music. Btw, if you cheap this ain't the place for that. Skibo Road is right around the corner.

My meal was delicious. Glazed peaches and pecans on a grilled pork chop. The chip must have been at least 2 inches thick. I ordered a mixed drink that wasn't good. When I told my server, he never suggested to bring me another drink. That was disappointing 😞

Amazing!! The steak and salad were absolutely wonderful as well as the service!! And John is such an asset....I told him I was starving and he had bread waiting for us at our table. This is my new favorite reataurant, hands down!

Food was amazing!! Server was really friendly! The design of restaurant was really luxury and quiet to talk with my friend. Food amount was large enough and taste amazing. I realky recommand desserts and salad!!

I eat here every 3 months or so. Whenever I do eat here my order is successful, the server was very informative and nice. The food is well-prepared and tasty. The other night I went I got the brownie and it was delicious.

Really good food but I feel like the shrimp was a bit too salty.

First off I would like to say thank thank to Carl Roman and the Black Web were super accommodating. Be ups to the chief for wrapping my wife fillet in bacon. Atmosphere was awesome. Couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Will be telling all my friends about this place. I give a 10 star. But as it stand. Always very nice atmosphere and typically good service. On this occasion however the steaks which are usually spot-on, were so tough that none of the 3 of us were able to finish our meals. Not being complainers, we simply paid and departed. Dependability is important, especially when you are recommending a location to out of town guests. That is something I will no longer be comfortable doing at this particular establishment.

This place is one of my favorite Fayetteville restaurants! I love the fresh interior decor ( doesn't feel old like a lot of other expensive restaurants around the area) its contemporary style is great. You can call to make reservations for special occasions in which they will set up a table with black cloth and rose petals. The menu is small but the wine list is big.. And you can choose from alot in the menu even if its small they have seafood, vegetarian, meats etc. You can try exotic meat! We got the kangaroo which is something everyone should give a go... Its so tender and the taste like no other, we got it for the experience. The food overall is delicious. The martinis are 👍. The servers are very nice and explain everything in detail. Overall I always love coming here.. It looks upscale but the prices can be compared to that of other places around the area but with a better dining room and better servers.

The food quality was actually pretty good aside from some negative reviews here and the salad was fresh and good as well. Our server was awesome and attentive and brought everything to our party of 4 at the right time. One thing I didnt like was the atmosphere, I feel like an interior designer could really spruce this place up, too many blank walls made tables look like they are just sitting in open space. Wine glass prices are also on the high side. Overall, food and service were good.

Tonight I took a group of four friends and myself out and will say that we were very surprised and he most definitely surpassed our expectations. First off, Terrell did a phenomenal job and I do not give out that very easy. Very attentive and was able to read what we wanted and needed without having to ask. Food was great. Good ingredients and very fresh it can be tasted. Prices are exactly where they need to be. Ambience is great and decor are all Aces in my book. For the little bit of negative I felt the calamari on the sampler needs a little work as it was slightly tasteless. In addition I was little upset not to see more people dining out. That wasn't a negative by any means. We will be back for sure as it is a hidden gem along with Chris's Steakhouse as well.

This is THE place to take a date or to impress someone. The wait staff is amazing. They are absolutely wonderful and the food is amazing. We go every year on our anniversary because its quite expensive, but you are paying for quality and quanity. Its always so much food. i recommend getting the strawberry organic salad. Its the best salad I've ever had.

We recently visited this restaurant for the first time after a long day at work. Wow...Unbelievable portions...definitely enough to share! Our waiter was excellent, the food was delicious, drinks were great and the restaurant has a nice ambiance to it. Looking forward to our next visit.

If you havent been you are really missing out. Great place for a great date night. Excellent food and food service along with live entertainment. NEVER too crowded.

Morgans chop house is always great. The food is always excellent and the staff are awesome. Me and the wife enjoy this place for dinner or a drink anynight. Friday had music good food and drinks excellent atmosphere.

My food was cold when it came out and the pork chops were half the size they use to be and they were rubber tough! I was very disappointed😡 I waiter on the other hand was wonderful!!!!

I love Morgan's, not fan of pork chops but I'll only eat my chops from Morgan's they are superb!

I've been to this restaurant several times, and I must say every time it indulges me to come again, I've read some of the negative reviews and I must say I'm a little disappointed to read them, although I cannot speak about anybody else's experience, I will say this is one of the best restaurants in Fayetteville, if you like great food at a reasonable price, with exceptional servive, this is the place to go. One of the best Paella I've had (I've never been to Spain, but I've lived in New York). When you make a reservation, ask for Andres, he will give you one of the best if not "THE" best service experience that you will ever experience at a restaurant, that I guarantee.

If you haven't eaten here, you should. Love the lunch specials. The food is definitely 5 star. The wait staff is awesome and you will crave the food after you've had it.

We have no idea why this place is often empty. Between the service, food, presentation and atmosphere, it’s hands down one of the best restaurants in Fayetteville. It seems like a hidden gem and we’ve loved every experience there. When you step into the restaurant, it doesn’t even feel like you’re still in Fayetteville. Sometimes there’s awesome live music, the servers are super friendly and the food is just wonderful. Love coming here!

A wonderful escape from the mindless sports bars and microwave food of Fayetteville, NC. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff are will dressed and courteous, the food has flavor and is properly cooked, not to mention the bar has proper cocktails. The desserts are also worth mention, big enough to share and tasty enough to eat. It's a bit classy for the Ft. Bragg area but I guess that's why I loved it so much. Thanks Morgan's for bringing some class to the area!

The food was absolutely delicious. Lunchtime is the perfect time to go. The atmosphere is very nice and quiet. The desert is especially yummy.

Loved the food. Went here for a bussiness dinner a few weeks ago and will be back. My husband and I are going to make reservations for our 5th wedding anniversary. The strawberry salad was amazing and so were the apple walnut chops with the buttery amaretto sauce. Yum yum. Loved the vibe and atmosphere. Our waiter was very attentive.

Epic experience here! The food was just amazing and among the best in town anywhere. It tastes like a prestigious restaurant in a big city like NYC. That being said, it is expensive like a big city restaurant, so you get what you pay for here. I think it is well worth it. Our steak and fish were exceptional, and the sides were to die for (try the risotto and macaroni and cheese and loaded baked potato among others). We had enough to take home and eat another full meal the next day. Cheers!
